These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 1035 Digital, LLC regarding your use of our digital marketing and related services.
1035 Digital, LLC agrees to provide marketing and related services (such as SEO, PPC, and social media management) as detailed in your specific proposal. We commit to using professional standards and ethical practices in all campaigns.
The Client agrees to:
Services are billed as per the contract. Late payments may result in the suspension of active campaigns. Third-party ad spend (Google/Facebook) is paid directly by the Client to the platform.
Contracts may be terminated by either party with written notice as specified in the service agreement. The Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
